This Intellectual Property, Vehicle Imagery & Compatibility Disclaimer applies to the website, product pages, advertisements and other content published by XLER PTY LTD trading as Yara Auto Parts (ABN 84 665 134 958) ("Yara Auto Parts", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Independent aftermarket business
Yara Auto Parts is an independent seller and installer of aftermarket vehicle accessories. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, we are not an authorised dealer, distributor, licensee, agent or representative of any vehicle manufacturer.
Our products are aftermarket products and are not genuine, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or manufacturer-approved products unless the relevant product page expressly identifies them as such and we have a reasonable basis for that statement.
2. Vehicle manufacturer names and model references
References to vehicle manufacturers, makes, models, series, badges and model years—including Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Kia, BYD, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Mazda, Volkswagen and other third-party names—are used in good faith solely to identify the intended vehicle compatibility, fitment or application of an aftermarket product.
These references do not indicate that the product is manufactured, supplied, sponsored, approved, endorsed or warranted by the vehicle manufacturer. Buyers must independently confirm the vehicle make, model, series, year, body type and variant before ordering.
3. Trade marks, logos and badges
All third-party trade marks, brand names, logos, badges, emblems and other brand identifiers appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Yara Auto Parts does not claim ownership of them.
Where a logo or badge is incidentally visible on a vehicle shown in a product image, it is shown only as part of the vehicle used to demonstrate product appearance, placement or compatibility. It is not used as Yara Auto Parts branding and must not be understood as evidence of any licence, affiliation, sponsorship, approval or endorsement.
Nothing on this website grants Yara Auto Parts or any website visitor a licence or other right to use a third party's trade marks, logos or brand assets.
4. Vehicle and product imagery
Vehicles shown in photographs or videos are for fitment demonstration and illustrative purposes only and are not included with the advertised product. Images may show a prototype, demonstration vehicle, optional accessories, overseas specifications, installation examples or products fitted to a similar vehicle. Colour, finish, dimensions, mounting points and appearance may vary.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, vehicle images do not indicate any commercial relationship with the vehicle manufacturer. Buyers should rely on the written product description, confirmed fitment information and their own vehicle details rather than assuming compatibility from an image alone.
5. Copyright and image permissions
Yara Auto Parts aims to publish only images and other material that we created, commissioned, licensed, received with permission, or are otherwise legally entitled to use. A disclaimer does not replace any permission required from a copyright or other rights owner.
Do not copy, reproduce or commercially reuse photographs, videos, graphics or written content from this website without permission from the relevant rights owner.
6. No manufacturer warranty or representation
Third-party manufacturer names and vehicle images do not mean that a vehicle manufacturer provides a warranty for an aftermarket product. Any voluntary product or workmanship warranty offered by Yara Auto Parts is provided under our Warranty & Installation Policy and operates in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Rights-owner enquiries
If you are a trade mark, copyright or other intellectual property rights owner and believe that material on our website has been used without appropriate permission or creates an incorrect impression of affiliation, please contact us with:
- your name, organisation and contact details;
- identification of the relevant right and your authority to act;
- the exact webpage or listing URL;
- a description of the material and the concern; and
- any supporting registration, ownership or authorisation information.
We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may remove, replace or amend material while the matter is assessed. This process does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability.
8. Marketplace listings
