For your convenience, we offer a local warehouse pickup service in Sydney. If you prefer to collect your order in person, contact us via eBay message, and we'll make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping Notice for Large Items
Please be aware that certain large items may incur additional postage charges. These items include, but are not limited to, products destined for remote areas such as N.T., Far North QLD, W.A., and S.A. If you reside in one of these regions, kindly get in touch with us to confirm whether any supplementary postage fees apply to your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?
If you've placed an order and decide that the item isn’t right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving it—once approved by our team. Please note: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
You can return or exchange an item for the following reasons:
1. Factory Fault or Manufacturing Defect
Occasionally, things can go wrong during production—and we understand. If your item arrives with a defect:

7 days of delivery so our team can promptly assess the issue. If confirmed as defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit, refund, or help you exchange the item.
2. Change of Mind
We’re confident you’ll love your YARA automotive accessories. However, if you change your mind, you may return the item if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused.
- It is in its original condition.
- It is in its original packaging.
Warranty
YARA Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why all YARA body kits and accessories come with a one-year warranty, including all pre-painted items.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and applies exclusively to products purchased directly from YARA. It does not extend to second-hand purchases.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged or affected by:
- Improper installation or handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Breakage, scratches, scuffs, or other damage caused by external impact
- Lack of proper care or maintenance
