Ideal for weekend adventures, camping trips and work use, this tri-fold cover combines the strength of a hard lid with the convenience of a folding tonneau cover. Need to carry taller cargo, camping equipment or a dirt bike? Simply fold the cover back to access approximately two-thirds of the tub. For full tub access, the complete cover can be removed using the clamp system.

🔧 Fitting & Installation
Clamp-On Installation: The cover uses a clamp-on mounting system. Simply position the cover correctly, install the supplied clamps and check that all mounting points are secure.
Estimated installation time is approximately 50 minutes. Installation time may vary depending on experience and vehicle setup.
For full tub access, the complete cover must be removed. Always check that all clamps, safety straps and fasteners are properly secured before driving.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unfamiliar with automotive accessory installation.

This Tri-Fold Cover is backed by a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, accidents, modifications or normal wear and tear.

Important Fitment Note — Special Mounting Brackets May Be Required
Test-fit the cover before drilling. If the supplied clamps cannot engage securely with your tub rails, the supplied special mounting brackets may need to be installed on both sides of the tub, as shown below. Bracket quantity and position may vary by vehicle.
Included mounting kit: The special mounting brackets, bolts and fixing hardware required for this installation are included with the cover. No separate purchase is required.
Installation Steps
- Position the cover: Lay the tri-fold cover flat and square on top of the tub. Align the front, rear and both side edges.
- Locate and mark: From inside the tub, identify where each clamp needs to engage. Hold the supplied special brackets against the corresponding positions on both tub rails and mark the drilling points carefully.
- Remove the cover: Lift the tri-fold cover off the tub before drilling.
- Install the brackets: Before drilling, confirm there are no wiring looms, fuel lines, brake lines or other components behind the marked areas. Drill the marked holes, apply suitable corrosion protection to exposed metal, then bolt the brackets securely to both tub rails.
- Apply the foam sealing tape: Clean and dry the mounting surfaces. Apply the supplied foam tape around all four tub edges, including the tailgate edge. Position the tape so it straddles the tub-rail edge—approximately half on the top horizontal surface and half down the inside vertical surface.
- Refit the cover: Place the tri-fold cover back onto the tub and check the alignment again.
- Secure the clamps: Hook each clamp onto its installed bracket and tighten evenly until the cover is held firmly. Do not overtighten.
- Final safety check: Confirm every bracket, bolt and clamp is secure. Re-check all fasteners after the first short drive and periodically thereafter.
Professional installation is recommended if you are unsure about drilling, bracket placement or clamp tension.
