Installation & Compatibility
Mounting: The side rails use mounting clamps on the ute tub. Electrical connections are not required. Drainage tube routing and the vehicle's tub configuration may require holes or minor modification. Do not assume every installation is entirely drill-free.
2026+ Hilux headboard: A headboard or rack frame behind the cab must be removed before the shutter can be installed. This cover cannot be fitted with that headboard left in place.

🔧 Installation Information
Professional installation is strongly recommended for correct alignment, smooth operation and proper drainage setup.
- Side rails must be aligned evenly on both sides of the tub.
- Drainage tubes must be installed correctly to help guide water away from the tub area.
- Do not force the shutter if resistance is felt during installation or operation.
- Check all clamps, rails and locking points after installation.
- Re-check and tighten fittings after initial use.
Important: Incorrect rail height or poor alignment may cause the roller shutter to feel tight, jam, leak or not lock correctly. Professional installation is recommended.
💧 Weather Resistance Notice
This roller shutter helps protect the tub area from sun, dust and everyday weather exposure. However, no roller shutter or tonneau cover should be considered 100% waterproof.
Water may enter during heavy rain, pressure washing, off-road use or if the drainage tubes are not installed correctly.
For best results, ensure the side rails, drainage tubes and rear seal are installed and checked properly.
