This cover uses a clamp-on installation system and normally does not require drilling.

Estimated installation time is approximately 40–60 minutes. Installation time may vary depending on experience, vehicle setup, tub liner and existing accessories.

Basic installation process:

1. Clean and inspect the Mega Tub rails.
2. Position the folded cover near the cab.
3. Align the cover evenly with both tub rails.
4. Install and tighten the supplied mounting clamps.
5. Attach all safety straps and locking components.
6. Unfold the cover and confirm correct alignment.
7. Check all mounting points again before driving.

Will this fit a standard LDV T60 tub?
No. This product is specifically designed for the longer Mega Tub configuration.

How can I confirm that my vehicle is a Mega Tub?
Check the model specification and measure the tub length. You may also send us your vehicle information and clear side and rear photos before ordering.

Does this fit an LDV T60 MAX?
It is designed for selected T60 and T60 MAX Mega Tub models. The tub configuration must still be confirmed before ordering.

Can the cover fold all the way against the cab?
No. It folds forward to provide access to approximately two-thirds of the tub. The complete cover must be removed for full tub access.

How do I achieve 100% tub access?
Release the mounting clamps and remove the complete cover. Two people are recommended when lifting or removing it.

Is it completely waterproof?
No. The cover is weather resistant and helps reduce water entry, but minor water may enter during heavy rain, high-pressure washing or around the tailgate.

Is it completely dustproof?
No. The seals help reduce dust entry, but fine dust may still enter through factory gaps around the tub and tailgate.

Can I stand or sit on the cover?
No. The approximately 100kg rating applies only to an evenly distributed static load. Do not apply concentrated weight to one section.

Can I drive with the cover folded?
Yes, but only when the folded panels are correctly secured using the supplied safety straps or locking system.

Does installation require drilling?
Drilling is normally not required.

Will it fit with a sports bar, toolbox or tub rack?
It may not fit if another accessory occupies the tub rails or crosses the tub. Please contact us with photos before ordering.

Will it work with a tub liner?
It may work with some liners, although certain drop-in liners may require minor trimming around the clamp mounting areas.

• Check all clamps and mounting hardware regularly.
• Retighten the mounting points after the first few trips.
• Clean using mild automotive soap and water.
• Do not use harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners.
• Do not direct high-pressure water at the seals.
• Keep hinges, seals and drainage areas free from debris.

This Tri-Fold Hard Tonneau Cover is backed by a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorised modifications, impact damage or normal wear and tear.
