- Clean the door frame channel thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol before fitting.
- Ensure the surface is completely dry — moisture will reduce tape adhesion.
- Use a hair dryer to warm the pre-applied automotive tape before pressing into place.
- Hold each shield firmly for 30–60 seconds after pressing for best bonding results.
